Zndmotor Supplies the Whole Flywheel&Clutch Kits for Nissan Navara D40
Nissan Navara is a very popular 4X4 pickup in the world, notably in the Southeast Asia and Africa. The D40 is the second generation. When sold in Europe, it's called Navara and in other areas, it is called Frontier. It used the YD2DDTI diesel engine, with 142 hp (106 kW) or 172 hp (128 kW). The stronger version has 403 N⋅m (297 lb⋅ft) of torque.
As Navara uses the dual mass flywheel, it's easy to be broken and it is difficult to collect the second-hand flywheel in the market. So the driver had to choose the expensive original flywheel and clutch kits to replace.
After that, LUK designed the solid mass flywheel and the Exedy also did that. There are some slight differences on the timing ring as follow:
Zndmotor received the LUK Navara Flywheel in 2009 from a European customer and they wanted us to copy it to reduce the purchasing cost. So we began to manufacture the LUK design from that time.
But it was also highly costly because of the timing ring design. So we improved by ourselves, after two years we began to sell our design as follow, the new design made a great success. More and more customers liked to buy the Nissan Navara D40 Flywheel from us. Then we collected the clutch kits to fit this flywheel and sold them together.
